It's no secret that we at Trail Voice love trails. With that said, it should be no surprise that National Trails Day (NTD) - a nation-wide celebration of trails - is our Christmas, Hannukah, and July 4th combined. Organized by the American Hiking Society, National Trails Day 2010 (scheduled for Saturday, June 5th) represents all that is good in the world (according to Trail Voice) including volunteer service, environmental awareness, and outdoor recreation opportunity. Without further ado, here's a partial list of local NTD events. Click the link to learn how to get involved.
